Dammam Valley, the investment and business arm of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, announces the formation of its Board of Directors for the second term (2025), as part of its strategy to enhance its investment activities in sectors aligned with the national objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

This step comes under the guidance of the capital owner — the Board of Trustees of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University — which aims to strengthen the university’s investment capabilities through its investment arm, Dammam Valley.

The newly appointed board is chaired by Eng. Ziyad bin Mohammed Al Shiha, with Mr. Essam bin Abdulqader AlMuhaidib serving as Vice Chairman. The board also includes the Acting President of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Prof. Dr. Fahad bin Ahmed Al Harbi, Dr. Faisal bin Ahmed Al Qadhi, and Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulatif Al Muhaibid. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Mutlaq has been appointed as the Acting CEO of the company.

This new formation marks a new phase in the company’s journey, with a focus on investing in pioneering projects, forging partnerships with both public and private sectors, and leveraging the university’s facilities,knowledge-based and non-knowledge-based assets to foster innovation and transform knowledge into economic value.
